Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he began his legal career.

Raised in a military family with a father who served in the U.S. Army, Ryan lived in several states during his childhood. Today, he resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Jannelle McNeill. Outside of work, he enjoys college football and spending quality time with family and friends.
