For over 7 years, Ryan McNeill has dedicated his career to representing accident victims across Florida — securing fair compensation, restoring dignity, and confronting insurance companies that try to pay less than you deserve.
With over seven years of legal experience across Florida, Ryan McNeill is the Managing Attorney at Campione Law’s Orlando office, focusing his practice on personal injury and auto accident cases. Before joining Campione Law, Ryan built a strong track record by successfully handling personal injury claims and securing favorable settlements for clients statewide.

Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he began his legal career.
Background & Personal Life
Raised in a military family with a father who served in the U.S. Army, Ryan lived in several states during his childhood. Today, he resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Jannelle McNeill. Outside of work, he enjoys college football and spending quality time with family and friends.
I don’t treat cases like numbers. Every injury changes a life, and every client deserves attention, strategy, and respect.
You speak directly with an attorney — not an assistant — and you always know what is happening in your case.
I don’t accept low offers. I build cases to maximize value and pressure insurance carriers to pay what is fair.
You pay nothing up front. I am only compensated if I recover money for you — zero risk for the victim.
Even if most cases settle, I prepare every case like it will go to court. That is how you negotiate from strength.
Hiring an attorney after an accident is not just about paperwork — it is about strategy, protection, and maximizing your financial recovery.
With over 7 years dedicated exclusively to accident and injury cases in Florida, Ryan has built a record of successful settlements and strategic litigation against insurance companies — representing victims of car crashes, trucking accidents, and pedestrian injuries across the state.
